YMCA Discount
HCS has partnered with the YMCA for a discount of 15% off the monthly membership rates and the joining fee will be waived.

YMCA Payroll Deduction Form

HCS has extended the deadline to complete a physical for the Wellness Program through the HCS Clinics to November 30, 2024. However, physical must be scheduled by October 31, 2024 at an HCS One-to-One clinic to qualify for the extension. Benefits for 2025 must still be elected through open enrollment by October 31.
