Welcome to the Hamilton County Schools Family Connection Center (FCC). The Family Connection Center serves as a district connection point for HCS families. The FCC guides families in navigating district supports and resources and empowers families through strengthening family-school partnerships. The center operates as a hub of district information, resources, and services, centralizing families' multiple touchpoints with the school district throughout their child's educational journey.

We can assist with:

  • PowerSchool Parent Portal account access and creation
  • EdConnect enrollment and troubleshooting
  • School Choice Application Support
  • TCAP Parent Portal Support
  • Returning and new student Registration
  • Summer Reach Registration
  • Connection to district departmental supports
  • District and Community Resources

The Family Connection Center is located at our district office at 3074 Hickory Valley Rd, Building 228, Chattanooga TN 37421. (beside EdHealth).

The center is open from 8 am to 4:30 pm Monday - Friday. If you have a question or need support regarding your child's education, let us assist you in getting direct help or being connected to the right resource. Appointments are available between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm. Book an Appointment with our office or contact us by phone or email for assistance.
